  Frank and Joe asked their friend Chet to come with them on a mission in Iceland. They told Chet to keep it a secret, but he let it slip. Their other friend, Tony Prito, was having a party at his house. So Frank, Joe, their dates, and Chet went to it. They went in Tony's basement and he said that the news about their trip was all over town.

What about those LAKERS! We played Fletcher Co. Friday night and absolutely smoked them. The Lakers are 6-0 and we hope to add to the six and not the zero in our last stretch of games. GO LAKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Name Research

My full name is Timothy Keith Hughes. The name Timothy is Greek and it means to honor God. Keith is a Celtic name and it means warrior descending. Hughes is a French word and it means bright soul. I was named Timothy after my deceased Uncle Timmy, so I'm proud of that name. I was named Keith because it's my dad's middle name. I think that these names match me exactly. I honor God because I'm a christian. I would fight for my beliefs, and I am energetic, and full of life. I like all of my names. It was interesting researching my name.

Something I Forgot To Tell You

In my last post, I talked about the mile run in gym class.  I forgot to put my time.  I ran the mile in 8 minutes 34 seconds. Maybe next time it will be shorter.

The Lovely Mile Run!!

I usually love gym. Today was a little different though. We had to run the dreaded mile on the track. It took four laps to complete it, don't sound to bad until you find out that each lap is a quarter mile! Thank goodness I like physical activity or I would have died. Other than that it was a pretty good day.

My Mom's 40th

Last Thursday my mom turned 40! Me and dad thought about putting a rubberband on the sink sprayer so that when mom turned on the sink it would spray her, but we didn't. Instead we treated her to Longhorn Steakhouse in Lexington. So she had a pretty good B-Day. Although she's 40.

Science Today

I have science three times in a row. So everyday I have to do the same journal entries three times. Today I had to finish a poster that we started a couple days ago, but I like science pretty good so it wasn't so bad. All in all it was a pretty good day.

               P.S. My mom is turning FORTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
